This gorgeous color block dress definitely packs a punch!  The various shade of blue are such a great effect.  The flattering square neckline is balanced by the puff sleeves.  We love that the sleeves give you good amount of arm coverage.  This is a dress you dress up or down and be comfortable no matter how you style it!  Dress has pockets.  This is not lined but not sheer.  Dress measures 53" in length.  Bust measures 20" from underarm seam to seam.  Measurements taken on a small.  Fabric does not have stretch but does have some give.  This has an easy fit through the bust and gets looser in the hips.  Your normal size will be loose.  If in between sizes or wanting a less loose fit, size down.  Be sure to watch the fit video for more information.  ALL SALES FINAL.
